Sample dinner menus

Exmoor House offers relaxing country hotel-style accommodation and excellent food at Wheddon Cross in the heart of Exmoor. Dinner, bed and breakfast packages are a speciality. Non-residents are very welcome to join us for dinner. Advance booking is essential: just call Rosi and Frank on the number at the top right of this page. The dinner menu changes every day and varies with the seasons: these are just a few examples of the kind of thing we do, to whet your appetite! Everything is home-made, using good quality ingredients (as many of them as possible are local). We produce some very good vegetarian food and we are happy to adapt our recipes to cater for other particular dietary needs, preferences or special diets (e.g. wheat free, gluten free, dairy free). Please contact us to discuss.

Exmoor House is licensed and we have a good selection of wines, local beers and Somerset ciders, etc, for you to enjoy.

But if it's peace and tranquillity you're after, then Exmoor National Park has that in abundance, too.
